If you reach our answering machine, please leave a detailed message, and someone will return your call as soon as possible.
Standard Ticket Pricing*
- Adult (18-64): $15.00
- Senior (65+): $13.00
- Youth (5-17): $13.00
- Child (4 & Under): $8.00

We do not issue refunds, except in the case of a cancelled performance (see below). If you are unable to attend a performance, we are happy to exchange your tickets for another performance of the same show. All exchanges must be made at least 24 hours in advance of performance for which you initially bought tickets. We will only exchange tickets for the same production, not future shows. Please contact the box office at (920) 826-5852 to request an exchange. If you or someone in your party cannot attend a performance, and also cannot attend a future performance, please turn your unused tickets into the Box Office (and receive a receipt for a tax-deductible donation). Please let us know if you cannot make a performance so that we may make those seats available for others. ASPI reserves the right to resell any unused or turned-in tickets.
Generally, performances are never cancelled, but if for some reason we would need to cancel a performance (inclement weather, etc.), we would announce it on our website and social media and refunds will be issued.
In case of a sold out show (which we hope happens every shows!), a waiting list will be started. Released tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis to those on the waiting list. Patrons on the waiting list must be present, in the foyer, when seats become available, or the option to purchase passes to the next person on the list. Reserved, unpaid tickets not picked up by 5 minutes to curtain may be released for sale.
We recommend you come at least 10 minutes before the start of the performance to give yourself time to park, find your seat, and purchase concessions. We strive to begin our performances on time, and late arrivals will be seated at the House Manager’s discretion, when a break in the show allows. If you know you will be late, we ask that you call the Box Office so that we may be prepared.
