Bill Koehne
President
Bill Koehne, owner of Packerland Websites, has a passion for growing and promoting businesses. He is a master internet marketer whose philosophy is “Your success is our success.” His family has been involved with ASPI from the beginning, since Nancy Byng wrote and directed the first play in 2003. Bill wants the theater to expand beyond the stage and out into the community. He invites you to check out the theater and join the ASPI family.

Debra Jolly
Vice President/Interim Treasurer

Debra Jolly has served as Vice-President of Abrams Spotlight Productions since 2012, when she retired as the Business Manager at Monroe BioTechnology. She learned the basics of performance as well as backstage production while growing up as a dancer. At St. Norbert College, she studied lighting, set design, acting and stage management while completing a BA in Sociology. She has directed and worked on costumes, choreography, lighting, sets, make-up, and hair, sharing her “fierce passion” for theater and her commitment to quality in all aspects of ASPI.

Jennifer Marquardt
Secretary
Jennifer Marquardt is a Service Coordinator at Aspiro, Inc. in Green Bay.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from UW-Whitewater.  She has been involved in ASPI since 2015 when her daughter decided to audition for Little Shop of Horrors.  She has served as Secretary of the board since 2021.  In her free time she enjoys trying new things, going on adventures, and spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
Ali Carlson
Board Member
Ali Carlson comes from a long family history of professional and community theater, but is happy to lend her talents and time to ASPI. Ali is a UW Green Bay graduate with a major in Social Work/Psychology and minor in dance. She works as a Care Management Supervisor for Lakeland Care Inc. In her "free" time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, traveling and dancing/choreographing (just to name a few). Ali lives in Little Suamico.

Heather Cox
Board Member
Heather Cox is a Lead Faculty, Pathways to Academic Success Instructor for NWTC. She holds a BS in Biology and MA in Professional Communication from Clemson University. She has been with ASPI since 2109 and is currently the Concession’s Manager. Heather is also a founding board member of the non-profit Hands on Deck and the Drama Director for Providence Academy. She has a passion for reading, theatre, and great music.
Brigette Finger
Board Member
Brigette Finger is the Manager of Corporate Affairs for WEC Energy Group. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UW-Stevens Point. She's been involved in ASPI since 2013 and is currently on the Development Committee. In her free time she enjoys singing, gardening and spending time with her husband and 5 children.
Kelsey Steeno
Board Member
Kelsey works for a trucking company in Green Bay but theater is her passion. She has been with ASPI since 2021. In her free time she enjoys seeing other shows around the area, spending time with her family and 2 dogs.
Alaina Blaser
Advisory Board
Alaina has been involved in ASPI both on stage, behind the curtain and in the tech booth since 2017. She is currently an Advisory Member of our board, having also served a year as our Student Advisory member. Alaina currently attends NWTC.

Mike Eserkaln
Advisory Board
Mike is a St. Norbert College grad and has over 30 years experience performing improv comedy with his company, ComedyCity. He’s directed 2 plays for ASPI and performed in a handful of others. He also heads up the annual 24-Hour Theatre event for ASPI. Mike is an independent artist creating in all mediums. To see his work, select the icons below!

David Jolly
Advisory Board
David Jolly is a long-standing member of the ASPI family, dating back to the establishment of what was to become the Nancy Byng Community Theater. He was a friend and colleague of Nancy’s, on the Abrams Land Use Planning Committee. His background includes a BA in Communications/Theater and professional experience as an owner-clinician of Monroe Biotechnology. He brings creativity, problem solving skills, and perseverance to ASPI as an advisor to the Board, as the Technical Supervisor of ASPI, and as chair of the Development Committee.
Brady Cox
Student Advisory Member
Brady has been involved with ASPI for many years both on and off stage. He currently serves as our Student Advisory Member, bringing a unique perspective to our Board.
