Refund Policy

If unable to attend the show for which tickets were purchased, an exchange may be requested from the Box Office.
All exchanges must be made 24 hours prior to the date printed on the tickets for a future performance of the same production.

There are no Refunds issued for any shows. If you are unable to attend a performance, please contact the box office to exchange your ticket (please see above). Any unused tickets may be turned into the Box Office to receive a receipt for a tax-deductible donation. Please let us know if you cannot use your tickets so that we may make those seats available for others. ASPI reserves the right to re-sell any unused tickets.

It is the policy of ASPI to not cancel performances due to inclement weather, however if a performance is canceled due to this, refunds will be issued.

If an ASPI performance is NOT canceled due to inclement weather, however you are not able to attend, ASPI will exchange your tickets for another performance (if available). You must call the Box Office directly to request this exchange.

Sold out Dates
In case of a sold out show, a waiting list will be started.

Released tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis to those on the waiting list. Patrons on the waiting list must be present, in the foyer, when seats become available, or the purchase option passes to the next person on the list.

Reserved unpaid tickets not picked up by 5 minutes to curtain time may be released for sale. If you know you will be late, we ask you please call the Box Office to HOLD your ticket.

Late seating policy
We strive to begin our performances on time. Please allow plenty of time to find the theatre and to take your seat. There are no refunds. Late arrivals will be seated at the House Manager’s discretion.
